    We are very proud to announce receipt of our company's Minority Business Enterprise Certification!

    One Contact Center strives to develop a diverse and inclusive work environment where different people from all walks of life are treated with equity, fairness, and respect.

    As part of our plan this 2021 and beyond, we will create employment and develop opportunities for more single moms, working students, LGBTQ and people from depressed areas. We do this to help many people at the bottom of the pyramid find a platform through which they can achieve more.

    While we are helping our people achieve more, we’re also banking on this to help us meet more of our clients’ key needs and priorities, going forward.
